REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by Cymru Originals are made to order. Each item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please ensure you select the correct size, colour and (where applicable) personalisation details before completing your purchase.

Personalised Items

Personalised products (including items customised with names, dates or other details) cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrect.

We cannot be responsible for errors in personalisation submitted by the customer at checkout.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations

As all items are made to order, production may begin shortly after purchase. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and we will advise if this is still possible.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
