All our items are made to order, produced especially for you once you place your order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

Personalised items cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrect.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at info@cymruoriginals.co.uk with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
